This a lovely little brownie recipe that you can do in the TMX or stovetop.
I bake in a square cake tin, lined with baking paper. Don't over cook these- they are better left on the under done side. We sometimes add nuts to these, mostly we just have plain.
200gm fave chocolate- broken into squares
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup cocoa
Place into TMX the chocolate, butter and sugar, cook at 90o, Speed 6, 4 mins.- or until choc and butter are melted together and smooth. ( can easily do on stove over med heat).
Add cocoa and eggs, 30 secs Speed 5, reverse.
Add vanilla, flour, and baking powder. 30 seconds, Speed 5, reverse.
Line your square cake tin with baking paper- greased, pour mixture in, bake at 170o approx 25 mins- don't over cook, remove when still slightly gooey.
Leave to cool, then cut and enjoy!
