Congrats to the winner of our Giveaway!

"I love the idea of using the mountains as snugly winter vests for the kids, leaving the triangles for me!"

Don't you just love Spring?!!! The blossom in the air smells so good!

I always take a couple of weeks off in Spring to spend some time with the (rapidly growing up) kids and recharge. It also gives me time to catch up on uni work. So before I head off - let's have a Give-away!!

Finch Fabrics is a new brand to us, they are from Germany, and create high quality digitally printed knit panels. Fabrics are lovely Euro quality, and 92 cotton 8 elastane.

We have two in stock currently -

Triangle Love and Mountains....

I have 1m of EACH of these to Giveaway to ONE lucky winner.

To be in the running, simply post a comment telling me what you would do with them if you won! What would you make???

Winner announced 12th Oct.

** Note; this Giveaway is restricted to Australian residents only.

Oh, these are fantastic! Dress, o+s polo, shorts, leggings, headbands :-) as much sewing and embellishing as I can! :-)

  2. Carolyn October 04, 2015

Well, those triangles are definitely a T-Shirt for me and the mountains will be a shirt for one of my bigger boys.

  3. Rosita October 02, 2015

Something for me!!!!! I just saw these in the shop. Love them!!!

  4. L.Paper October 02, 2015

Lovely! I would love to win this! Coming up to the summer months, a sundress would be nice for my dog, Lucy. All the best, L.Paper.

  5. Megan Nguyen October 01, 2015

There is a beautiful quote I have in my daughter’s room that is “let her sleep, for when she awakes, she will move mountains.” The mountain fabric would be perfect to accompany this quote, perhaps a lovely through pillow with some pom-pom fringe edging. The geometric fabric is so lovely too! My goal this year is to make my first t-shirts for the children this summer, as I have been intimidated by the idea, so I would make two tees for my boys with some yellow or orange ribbing for neck and sleeves.Loft over fabric I love to do up some quick bow ties for the boys and for hair clips for my daughter.

  6. Marie September 30, 2015

Ooh, so lovely! I’d totally make myself a t-shirt (as I never make anything for me) and a super hero cape for my 4yo son!

  7. Jodie September 29, 2015

I love the idea of using the mountains as snugly winter vests for the kids, leaving the triangles for me!

  8. Angela September 29, 2015

Triangle love made into a skater dress

  9. Bianca September 29, 2015

A triangle love tank top for me and a mountains raglan tee for the little one :)

  10. Lydia September 28, 2015

These patterns are so awesome! I will totally make them into leggings for the toddler and baby and if there’s enough left, a matching undie for dad? :P

  11. Hayley September 28, 2015

The triangles would be a dress for my miss 6, love the more grown up style of this fabric for my big girl.
The mountains have my outdoor loving miss 3 written all over it, maybe a t-shirt or hoodie :)

  12. benita September 27, 2015

Just LOVE the triangles!! definitely a dress for me ? my daughters have lots of lovely clothes ?

  13. Alice Pryor September 26, 2015

I would make up some leggings for me and probably a groovy romper for one of the kids. Selfless and selfish sewing – Best of both worlds!

  14. uta September 25, 2015

definitely tops for me and myself only ;-), I love the triangles.
thanks for the give away and have a nice break!

  15. Jade September 25, 2015

I think I’d be selfish and make some tights for myself with the triangles and a dress with the mountain one. My kids have enough fabric!

  16. Marnie September 25, 2015

    id make a dress

  17. Sally September 25, 2015

I just made a See Kate Sew hooded vest for my daughter so with the mountain panel I would make another vest for my son. I love triangles so would have to save the triangle panel for myself – maybe a t-shirt.

  18. Jasmine Wong September 25, 2015

I really love these!! Would be great to make the mountains into a baby onesie!!!

  19. Yvy September 24, 2015

Love the mountain one and would make a vest for Mr5 coz he loves vests. And I’d make me a summer top with the triangles. Mummy’s been neglected and entitled to some selfish sewing!

  20. Noelene Maciejewski September 24, 2015

Triangle love and mountains….. Calling to me for a dress with a twirly skirt….

  21. Amber Sutterby September 24, 2015

Triangle Love would be perfect for the B&T kimono romper I’ve been desperate to sew for my 3 month old daughter. And the mountains would definitely make an appearance on a teal Hyde Park Hoodie with an acid yellow zip-perfection.

  22. Christine September 24, 2015

They are just gorgeous! Baby blanket/wrap for bubba no.2 and some newborn sets. Harem pants and beanie would look awesome. And of course some cool shorts or a dress for big sis. ;)
Fingers crossed. Those fabrics are so beautiful.

  23. Tarrin Peters September 24, 2015

I’d probably be selfish and turn them into some awesome leggings for me ?

  24. Bec September 24, 2015

Definitely matching grandpa cardies for me and kiddos ?

  25. Maribel September 24, 2015

i would make a skater dress for my eldest and a T shirt for my youngest with some leggings using scraps as feature accents.
